PHOTOGRAPHY
HDR Digital Images, or “High Dynamic Range” Digital Images, balance light and contrast more similarly to the human eye; an HDR Image feels more “real.” We create this HDR Image by taking multiple photos of the same scene at different exposure settings and combining them digitally.
We provide two versions of an HDR Image: Standard HDR and HDR Plus. The Standard HDR image is a 3-image bracketed photo with minimal editing. The HDR Plus image is a 5-image bracketed photo with a detailed edit. The more pictures shot in a bracketed photo will provide a more detailed image, more contrast and higher dynamic range, and a more “real” image.
VIDEOGRAPHY
Using full-frame digital cameras, iPhones (yes, iPhones), and drones, we capture interior and exterior videos. Drones to capture locations, surrounding views, and interesting viewpoints. iPhones are a great tool for interior/exterior walk-throughs.
Why an iPhone? One, the cameras in the iPhone are fantastic, shooting in 4K, and allow us to shoot in RAW format, enabling us to color grade the image. Plus, the iPhone can expose between interior light and exterior light in a split second. For example, walking from a kitchen area, through a rear door to the exterior deck to see a view, the iPhone exposes that transition seamlessly. Lastly, the iPhone allows us to shoot in a 16:9 vertical format, specifically for social media.
We can shoot long-form, walk-and-talk videos with a full-frame digital camera. Wirelessly synced audio with a gimbal-controlled, full-frame digital camera gives us the ability to create stunning walk-and-talk videos throughout a property.
3D VIRTUAL TOURS
Matterport is the gold standard in capturing 3D immersive, interactive virtual tours. 3DHS uses the Matterport Pro camera to capture interactive, 360-degree walkthroughs where the viewers can “move” through spaces as if they were physically present in the room.
AERIAL DRONE
Give your visuals a different perspective with aerial drones. Still photos and videos using drones offer an opportunity to capture images that can not be taken with a regular camera. These images enhance the still photos taken with a full-frame camera and can provide additional visual information, context, and surrounding views.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Creating content for social media is a must these days, and marketing a project or property is often done on social media. 3D Home Shows wants to create a “social media game plan” for your project and produce the digital assets that will make it easy for you to market on any platform that you desire. Whether we are shooting 1 min content in 16:9 vertical format for Instagram Stories and Reels, or we are shooting long-form, wide aerial videos for YouTube. Formatting the correct digital asset for the specific social media is what we want to provide.

DIGITAL HOME STAGING & FLOORPLANS
Yes, placing furniture in a space is very important for some potential buyers, but it can be very costly to stage an entire property. Allow 3D Home Shows to provide a digital image of a staged room for a fraction of the cost.

Digital images that show the size, layout, and shape of your property or home. A floor plan is a perfect “accent” to your digital images that you plan to use to market your property. Providing this alongside a 3D Virtual tour and still photos gives a complete picture of the project you are trying to highlight.
